terms & conditions

By purchasing my services (art), submitting payment, or otherwise proceeding with a commission, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.Payment and Commission Details
• I will request the Client's email address to send formal commission details, payment information, and the invoice.
• Payments will be made in USD.
• The Artist requires full payment upfront before beginning the commission.
•Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit card (Visa/Mastercard) via Stripe Invoice, Kofi or Wise

*Commission Process and Revisions:
• Any deadline or important date must be disclosed before payment.
• Commissions generally take between 1 week and 3 months to complete.
• The estimated completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
• Once the sketch has been approved, only minor and limited revisions will be accepted.

Use of the Artwork:
• I do not support or allow the use of my artwork for NFTs or any form of AI-generated content. The client agrees not to use the artwork for these purposes.
• By default, all artworks are for personal use only. Commercial use or use for profit requires prior written permission and a separate agreement.
• Redistribution, modification, heavy editing, tracing, or using the artwork as a base for other works is strictly prohibited..
• My signature or watermark may not be removed without my explicit permission.

Portfolio and Promotion:
• I may display the finished artwork and its WIPs in my portfolio, social media, commission examples, streams, and promotional materials.
• If the commission must remain private or cannot be posted before a specific date, the client must inform me before payment. Depending on the requested conditions, an additional confidentiality fee may apply.

Final Product
• The Client must credit the Artist as @lynartsz whenever the commissioned Artwork is posted or shared publicly.
• The final delivery email serves as a permanent record of the commission and its completed files. The client is responsible for keeping this email and safely downloading and storing the delivered artwork.
(I may keep backup copies available for a few months, but I cannot guarantee availability in case of computer failure, accidental deletion, or data loss.)The date of the agreement is defined according to the first interaction/communication or the first transaction.
